Here we go...

Add this to my string of left-behind online journals and blogs. I figured I'd start fresh and try and keep it positive. I've seen how positive thinking can create positive changes (after years of thinking that was all bullshit) so here I am, recording my positive thoughts. I'm going to try and record the good things, even on those days that seem to go all wrong.

Denny and I are on week 2 of working out every day and eating better. We are both feeling stronger, more alert, and losing weight. Woo hoo!

I have some phone calls to make this week. I seem to have this irrational fear of talking to people on the phone and I always tell myself that next week will be better, or maybe they're busy, I won't bother them. Life is short and if I keep waiting for the right time to stay in touch with my friends, it may end up being too late. So I'm adding that to my list of recent self-improvements. I will conquer my fear of the phone! (hopefully)
